By promoting good practices developed in various areas relating to mobilization and support in the identification of processes of leadership and entrepreneurship in a ' sustainable development perspective, drawing on innovations that could arise from exchanges between reality and experiences.

In particular, the reality of reference involved in the different countries, are youth structures and associations that see a strong participation in activities organized by young people for young people in different social spheres ranging from social helping and non-formal education, support to mobility and youth exchanges and stimulation of entrepreneurship.
