Taking into account the problems affecting the mining areas of Ocurí and Colquechaca, M.A.I.S. NGO and IPTK have created a partnership for the development of this proposal with the aim of contributing to the social development of families engaged in mining work, promoting gender equity in job placements, in employment and in the empowerment of the most vulnerable groups. Initially, there had been identified the areas dedicated to mining and the IPTK work experience in capacity building in Masonry-Plant Hydraulics, Electrical Installations, Metal Mechanics, Construction, Craft Textiles, Embroidery, Bakery and Pastry; strengthening of the production centers with the presence of women, training of leading figures with the aim of leveraging the authority of the municipalities to support productive initiatives and job creation, contributing to the development of the local community.

vulerable families.
